The difference between fair trade and organic is that fair trade has fair trade conditions.

What can be done for fair trade?

Supporting fair trade is very simple: Buy more fair-trade products. In this way you ensure that all parties involved benefit from the sale of the goods and that the money does not end up with big capitalist companies.

But according to a recent study, fair trade is not all that fair: unskilled workers do not earn better than elsewhere. Anyone who buys fair trade coffee or tea wants to work for a fairer economy. ... Today there are more than 4000 products that carry the "Fair Trade" seal. Fairtrade connects consumers, companies and producer organizations and changes trade through better prices for smallholder families, as well as decent working conditions for workers on plantations in developing and emerging countries.
Fair trade means fair trade. This means that buyers and manufacturers of goods treat each other fairly and that manufacturers receive a fair price for their products.
